Coaching is about more than just taking you through the motions. A good coach is highly skilled at technique, giving cues, programming, and the ability to handle any situation. A great coach can take all of those things and motivate an athlete to become the highest expression of their strength, power, performance and health. Our coaches aren’t just good, they’re great. And they create great athletes.
I have always loved sports and fitness. In college, the only field that even interested me was Sports and Exercise Sciences. I decided I wanted to work in a career field that was all about my passion, and I wanted to be my own boss. But the best part is the excitement athletes receive when they accomplish something. I love to celebrate with my athletes when they execute a movement for the first time or accomplish a weight loss goal.
My favorite part about CrossFit is that it literally makes people harder to kill. I
am in law enforcement, and my fitness level has helped me stay safer. I love spending time with my loved ones, and something that most people don't know about me is that I've shed a tear or two while watching sad movies.
I love watching someone do something they've never done before. It's so awesome to see that first box jump or PR. I also love spending my free time with my wife of 30 years, Jennifer. Most people don't that Jennifer and I dated for one month, got pregnant and have loved life together ever since.
I love the community aspect of CrossFit. I have met many new people there that have become my closest friends. I also really enjoy doing yoga, and one thing most people don't know about me is that I like to karaoke to Shania!
I really enjoy the competition and cameraderie of CrossFit. In my free time I go fishing, hunting, and anything else outdoors. Not many people know that I am an identical twin.
I really enjoy helping others accomplish things that they didn't think they could do and helping them become fit healthy happy people. I love riding my ponies and being outside. Something most people don't know that my first name is actually Rachael. My parents couldn't agree on what to name me and compromised with calling me Fallon.
My dad was a PE teacher, so I grew up in the weight room. Sports and fitness have always been a part of my life, so I received my Masters in Exercise Science with an emphasis on sports performance and injury.
Most people don’t know that I am a competitive boxer.
